With a key member of our team retiring, we are searching for a new Remote Systems Manager to join our Assets and Operations team. The position leads DOF’s Remote Systems and ROV operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of underwater intervention and remote technology services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership, including managing personnel, technical delivery, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Regional Assets and Operations Manager (APAC), you will deliver operational performance, competency development, and procedural governance to achieve the best results for internal and external clients. To succeed in this position, you will require a strong technical background in work‑class ROV systems, a commitment to safety, and proven experience leading high‑performing teams in complex offshore environments.

By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient and effective ROV operations that will contribute to DOF’s long term success.
