Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines to enhance customer experiences.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring all needs are met.
- Resolve any customer complaints promptly and courteously, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hospitality partners and tourism boards to ensure seamless service delivery for customers.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices to provide relevant information to customers.
