Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all information and publicity materials related to medicinal products or healthcare products comply with applicable regulatory requirements
• Review and approve communication materials intended for healthcare professionals or the general public (e.g. brochures, digital content, training materials, press releases)
• Verify the scientific accuracy, consistency, and balance of product-related information
• Ensure communications are aligned with approved indications and regulatory approvals
• Act as a key contact between Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Marketing, and external partners
• Contribute to risk prevention by avoiding misleading, promotional, or non-compliant communications
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting information and publicity requirements

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Frontend Developer who can take ownership of complex backend systems, drive architectural decisions, and build scalable fintech infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive frontend architecture and technical strategy
• Lead development of scalable and high-performance web applications
• Ensure high quality of UI/UX implementation based on design systems
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Optimize performance, loading speed, and overall user experience
• Lead refactoring and technical improvements of existing codebase
• Manage integrations with third-party services and APIs
• Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a cryptocurrency payment gateway and related financial services
• Design and implement high-load, scalable backend architectures
• Own integration and orchestration of multiple third-party payment providers
• Drive technical decisions and architecture design across services
• Build and maintain microservices infrastructure with clear separation of concerns
• Optimize system performance under heavy load (latency, throughput, fault tolerance)
• Participate in system design, data modeling, and load calculations
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and other teams to deliver reliable solutions
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering standards and best practices

We're looking for Polish speakers for several different projects right now!

Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!
