Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to social media platform features, account management, and community guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Provide assistance with account setup, content management, and privacy settings.
- Resolve customer issues related to platform usage and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality and user experience.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to provide relevant support.
