Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor user interactions and content across our platforms to detect and mitigate any potential violations of community standards.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into reported safety incidents, using critical thinking to analyze evidence and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Work closely with various teams to develop and refine policies that foster a culture of digital trust and safety.
- Produce and deliver detailed reports regarding safety incidents and analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital safety to proactively enhance the effectiveness of our safety protocols.
- Interact with users to educate them on safety practices and promote awareness of digital safety issues.
