About the role:

The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. About the role:

Financeit is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new acquisition sales within the Home Improvement sector across Canada. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with associations, OEMs, and service providers to launch new networks of dealers.

The ideal candidate excels at networking and establishing new relationships, and has a data-driven mindset. The role requires someone capable of presenting the product to a large audience, conduct training sessions with key user groups, and develop an in-depth understanding of the Financeit product suite.

We are looking for a System Analyst / Project Manager with experience working with payment providers and development teams

Responsibilities:

• Work with product and business requests related to payments.
• Prepare and update documentation for tasks.
• Decompose tasks together with the tech lead.
• Define deadlines and monitor delivery.
• Track development progress and report on status.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with payment provider integrations.
• Strong collaboration skills with development teams.
• Experience analyzing and improving payment flows.
• English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).
