Housekeeper

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a Housekeeper who will be responsible to manage the domestic team of a private residence in Limassol. This role involves supervising maids, a chef, and other household staff, while also being hands-on and ready to assist with daily tasks when needed. A background in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the work of maids, chef, and other household staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home
  • Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and household supply inventories
  • Train and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Step in to perform housekeeping or other duties when necessary
  • Communicate with the household owner(s) to ensure expectations are met
  • Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, and maintenance of fine materials and furnishings
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., maintenance, deliveries)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
