The team: The team oversees the data, models, and relevant backend infrastructure responsible for modeling the global shipping market, monitoring movements, and commodity trades. The role is integral to this process, centered on the development of production-ready online NLP models designed to understand and interpret vital information within a variety of shipping reports.

About the role: We are looking for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales or Account executive with a strong track record in the Maritime domain to join our team in London. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative technical support engineer to be part of our growing team. You will be a member of our After Sales Support team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations. Your main focus area will be to provide technical service-related after sales support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products.
