ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Junior Marine Operations Support Analyst, you will provide 1st level technical support to our customers for using our platform and collaborate with internal resources to troubleshoot and implement appropriate solutions. Candidates must be willing to work mainly in night shifts.

The ultimate goal is to continuously enhance the organization’s value proposition and efficiency.
