ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Marine Operations Team is part of Harbor Lab’s Partners Support Department, which is responsible for assisting our platform users—including Port Agents, Vendors, and Shipping Companies. 

As a Junior Partners Support Agent, you will play a key role in supporting external stakeholders, primarily Port Agents, while also providing assistance to Shipping Companies. 

The role covers the entire Port Agent user journey—from registration to daily operational support—as well as assisting Shipping Companies by following up with Agents, on their behalf, to ensure timely submission of business-critical documents such as PDAs, FDAs, and others. At the same time, you will also be coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions, ensuring seamless interactions with our platform for our users.

This is a contract position where you will be responsible for managing visual requests from the editorial team. Your tasks will include collaborating with photographers and illustrators, editing and enhancing photographs, and creating graphics for various platforms. You will work closely with the Senior Art Director to ensure the delivery of visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines across the website and social media channels.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Production Designer, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the packaging design and production process, collaborating with internal teams and external production vendors to ensure high-quality, accurate outputs. You will focus on creating production-ready dielines, managing color accuracy, and overseeing pre-press processes to ensure that designs are translated perfectly from concept to production. The team: The team oversees the data, models, and relevant backend infrastructure responsible for modeling the global shipping market, monitoring movements, and commodity trades. The role will report directly to the Operations Team Lead and will be involved in daily operation activities for a growing tanker fleet.
