Position Overview:

• Job Title: Assistant Manager
• Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Bonus: Opportunity to earn sales bonuses in addition to base salary
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; however, weekend and after hours availability is required for open houses and marketing events over the next 12+ months (with flexible weekday hours to maintain a 40-hour work week)

What’s in it for you?

• Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $1,500 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. *Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements*
• Bonus: Opportunity to earn sales bonuses in addition to base pay
• Schedule: Thursday - Monday; 8am - 5pm

• Sign On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. *Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements*
• Bonus: Leasing and renewal bonuses *bonuses are subject to change based on eligibility and criteria*
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
