Job Description Summary

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Analytical Laboratory is responsible for oversight and management of performance for the analytical laboratory processes using immunoassay and/or LC-MS/MS technology.

WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesday through Saturday, 4 pm- 12:30 am PST

The Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health.  As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required

About the role:

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on driving sales volume within a defined Western Canada territory (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Territories) by managing existing accounts and identifying, hunting, and qualifying new prospects. This role is required to be based in Alberta, with regular travel across Western Canada, primarily within Alberta and BC, and occasional travel to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Territories as needed.
