Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and specifications to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Support customers with order processing, tracking, and issues related to delivery.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist customers.
