We are seeking a Product Owner / Service Designer (Mid-Level) to support product ownership and service design activities within a remote project environment. The role will be responsible for translating user needs, business objectives, and operational requirements into clear product direction and actionable solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead service design initiatives, facilitate journey mapping activities, define and prioritize product requirements, align stakeholders, and support the creation of efficient operational workflows.
