Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Travel Coordination

  • In coordination with Scheduling Managers and Shipboard Crew Accountants, arrange and book all travel needs for crew members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, adhering to company policies and international visa requirements.
  • Align travel schedules with embarkation and disembarkation timelines, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Manage last-minute travel changes or emergencies, including cancellations, delays, and rebookings.

Ο νέος συνάδελφος θα παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη στα καταστήματα του δικτύου.

Η καθημερινότητά σου:

  • παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη σε τελικούς χρήστες καταστημάτων μέσω εισερχόμενων κλήσεων,ticketing συστήματος και email διαμορφώνεις και επιλύεις προβλήματα που αφορούν PC, Laptop, Tablet και άλλες συσκευές
  • εγκαθιστάς και παραμετροποιείς εφαρμογές λογισμικού
  • επιλύεις τεχνικά προβλήματα και διαχειρίζεσαι συνδέσεις σε τοπικά δίκτυα (LAN)
  • πραγματοποιείς διαγνωστικούς ελέγχους για την επίλυση προβλημάτων υλικού/λογισμικού/δικτύου
  • παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα ώστε να διασφαλιστεί η έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική επίλυσή τους
  • συνεργάζεσαι με άλλες ομάδες IT για τη βελτίωση των υποδομών και των διαδικασιών
  • δημιουργείς και ενημερώνεις εγχειρίδια χρήσης,
  • καταγράφεις και επικαιροποιείς knowledge base άρθρα και workflows επίλυσης προβλημάτων
