ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Junior Disbursement Analyst, you will serve our client’s needs by handling port and other costs analysis of the vessels following Harbor LAB’s standards. If clients are asking for, you might also work with one of the most important parties for a vessel’s operation, our registered Agents or any other third party, aiming to provide the most smooth experience to the Principals through our high-tech platform.

About the role: We are looking for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales or Account executive with a strong track record in the Maritime domain to join our team in London. To act as one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, in conjunction with 3 other internal interfaces- Account Managers, Project Managers and Aftersales Support. The overall goal is to simplify customer’s communication with Navarino, faster response times, optimizing order executions and creating more efficient internal communication.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative IT System Engineer to join our growing Digital Services team. You will act as part of the customer’s Technology Team, and you will be providing expert technical customer support aiming at a five-star customer experience. This role encompasses back-end IT support for business-critical and development-related Marine companies that utilizing Navarino Digital Service Portfolio.

The Product Reporting and Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of data, as well as establishing quality assurance practice benchmarks for air, hotel, and transfer services. This role will act as the main support system in the areas of product reporting and analysis of Crystal’s pre & post product standards.
