We are seeking  highly motivated and detail-oriented Group Financial Statements Reporting Manager to join our team in Attika, Greece.

As a Group Financial Statements Reporting Manager, you will lead collaboration with domestic and international subsidiaries and external auditors, ensuring full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable local GAAP requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to periodic revenue/margin reports and explain performance against budget, prior performance and market conditions.
• Analyze variances in financial data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform revenue reconciliation analyses between Management Accounts and Accounting.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial analyses, as well as presentations for management.
• Support and coordinate departments in preparing the annual budget and its revisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

The role oversees the operations of the Finance Division, ensuring outmost efficiency and proactivity through innovation, goal-setting and technologically oriented solutions. The role focuses on FPM, forecasting, budgeting and risk management, and its daily routine is the following:

• Oversee the daily operation of the accounting team including month-end and year-end process.
• Analyze various metrics and indicators to gain insights into the company's financial health and performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and financial statements in compliance with legal and group requirements.
• Coordinate and implement Alumil Egypt's procedures regarding budgeting.
• Act as a key contact person for auditing partners, resolving any occurring inquires.
• Provide to the business local financial, tax, accounting and reporting expertise for decision making.
• Partner with other local and corporate stakeholders regarding investment decisions.
