About the Growth Team

SEO and organic discovery are foundational to how customers find us, and this role leads the team responsible for making that happen at scale. You will report directly to the CMO and operate at the intersection of content, technical SEO, product, and the emerging world of AI powered search.

The Challenge

The game changed. Rankings are no longer the prize. Recommendation is. When a homeowner asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI who to hire, our job is to be the answer. Not page one. The answer.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Marketing Agency,  a talented and experienced Head of Content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire content creation process. By delegating tasks, monitoring progress, proofreading content, and managing relationships with content writers, the Head of Content will ensure that the produced content is of high-quality, error-free and meets each client’s specific standards.

Responsibilities

Monitoring the Content Process

• Establish feasible timelines and deadlines for the content deliverables of each client, considering their workload, to ensure their needs are effectively met.
  
• Track the progress of each project for each client.
  
• Provide content writers with necessary feedback and guidance to ensure that each client's needs are met.
  
• Conduct quality checks to ensure content is error-free and meets each client's standards. 
  

Delegating Content Tasks
