About the Project

Dyson is an innovative multinational technology company that designs and manufactures premium household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care technology, and more. With over 14,000 employees worldwide, Dyson is known for engineering excellence and high customer standards.

As a Customer Expert, you will support retail customers in the UK and Irish market via inbound calls. The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance.

You will assist customers with:

  • Product information and sales inquiries
  • Aftersales support
  • Delivery-related questions
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical guidance

You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop environment. Full training is provided, and unresolved cases will be escalated when necessary.

What will you be doing?

To act as one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, in conjunction with 3 other internal interfaces- Account Managers, Project Managers and Aftersales Support. The overall goal is to simplify customer’s communication with Navarino, faster response times, optimizing order executions and creating more efficient internal communication.
