As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the Spanish market, assisting with:
- Product inquiries
- Sales support
- Aftersales service
- Delivery-related questions
- Basic technical troubleshooting
The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance. You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.
