In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries related to biotechnology products and services while delivering exceptional support in Slovenian.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries about biotechnology products, services, and support via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, usage, and availability to customers.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to address and resolve complex customer queries.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about new developments in the biotechnology field to provide effective and knowledgeable service.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ensure customer information is handled confidentially.
Requirements
