Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products.
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting issues, and inquiries about product functions.
• Offer insightful advice on health tracking features and app integration to optimize user experience.
• Document every customer interaction and resolution in our CRM system meticulously.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex issues requiring escalation.
• Stay current on product updates, features, and health tracking trends to enhance customer assistance.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping SeaLabs navigate the complex and evolving landscape of international maritime regulations. This position requires a proactive individual with deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to assess the impact of regulations on our fleet and future operations.
