The role involves managing end-to-end auto loan sales operations, nurturing relationships with dealerships and customers, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail lending, a strong understanding of vehicle financing, and a proven ability to meet sales targets through proactive relationship management and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order processing cycle from order receipt to cash collection, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Communicate with Dutch-speaking clients to address inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in our ERP system to track orders, payment status, and other relevant information.
• Analyze and report on order trends to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and service.
