Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-site)

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 (Base Salary) + Competitive Equity

We are a rapidly growing, Series A-backed AI platform that builds and deploys AI workers to automate communication across phone calls, emails, and messages. Our solutions primarily target the logistics industry, helping enterprises automate freight booking, tracking, and payments. We are seeking a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer who blends strong Python technical skills with excellent customer-facing ability to ensure customers maximize the value of our AI platform.

This is a high-intensity, hands-on role at the intersection of technical development and customer engineering. You will be instrumental in the full customer journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing use and value realization.
