Join a small, high-ownership founding team as the inaugural AI Engineer, where your work will directly transform patient and clinician experiences. We are seeking a curious, creative, and disciplined Founding AI Engineer to take the lead in integrating and deploying AI solutions that re-engineer complex clinical workflows. What You'll Do:

• Strategic Sourcing: Utilise expert Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates across niche tech roles.
• Pipeline Building: Build and nurture deep, diverse talent pools for current and future openings.
• Candidate Hand-off & Conversion: Conduct screening, confirm qualifications, and drive candidates to formally apply using a unique, provided tracking link. Following application submission, you are responsible for immediately logging the candidate's name in the designated tracker before officially handing off the warm lead to the Recruiter.
