What's the role?

Official title is Finance Manager - Tax and will be based in our Dubai, UAE office.

Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this role delivers both international tax advisory support and operational oversight of the Company's tax compliance framework.

The successful candidate will advise on bids, projects, and commercial activities across multiple jurisdictions, assessing permanent establishment risks, interpreting tax treaties, managing withholding tax implications, supporting transfer pricing initiatives, and recommending appropriate tax structures. In parallel, the role will lead tax compliance activities, including tax filings, tax accounting, governance, and the implementation of robust control processes across the organization.
