The role
As Customer Care Representative, a 12-month fixed-term contract role, your daily routine finds you at our premises in Thessaloniki, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving engagement and adoption of our digital platforms. Managing customer requests, coordinating with fabricators and internal teams, and supporting the adoption of ALUMIL's digital tools through product demonstrations, user onboarding and ongoing assistance will be the integral parts of your role.
