What You’ll Do

• Deploy and manage production application updates across environments.
• Monitor production performance metrics (query times, response times, system reliability).
• Track and investigate production errors through logging and telemetry systems.
• Manage and optimize IaaS accounts (Heroku, Cloudflare, and related cloud services).
• Continuously evaluate and reduce cloud resource costs.
• Support and maintain InfoSec compliance (SOC 2 and other relevant accreditations).
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of infrastructure and security processes.
• Collaborate with developers to automate manual tasks and improve deployment pipelines.

Creative Marketer - Next-Generation Layer-1 Blockchain

Location: Paris (Hybrid)

Compensation: $80K - $105K

Growth Associate, X (Twitter) - Layer 1 Blockchain Performance

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are seeking a Growth Associate, X (Twitter) to spearhead the development of our identity and narrative across global social platforms.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic development of our brand's voice and reach, focusing heavily on platforms like X (Twitter). This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative instinct, and a deep understanding of crypto and meme culture to deliver innovative and engaging content that expands our community and mindshare.

Key Responsibilities:

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Under general supervision monitors and initiates claim appeals on all insurance claims and pending receivables after final bill.  This position will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of general coding and billing compliance, the adjudication process and contractual obligations specific to various payers.

• Base Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience + ability to participate in after hour on-call schedule
• Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. *Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements*
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8am - 5pm + ability to participate in after hour on-call rotation schedule
• On-Call Rotation Schedule: Participation in after hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked

• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home with two enclosed patios and a large shed. *Living on site is required*
