For one of our clients, we are looking for a Frontend Developer, remotely from Poland.

As a Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the interface for desktop applications using web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript. Your primary focus will be on ReactJS, along with our UI JavaScript framework, to create visually appealing and functional applications for the fashion industry. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that are changing the way the apparel industry operates.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain the user interface for desktop applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications for the fashion industry.
  • Take ownership of a mature and complex product, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.
  • Work independently based on product requirements, while maintaining consistent communication with team members.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the UI JavaScript framework to enhance the overall user experience.

What you will focus on

  • Act as a contact person for employees and supervisors, addressing HR-related queries and providing respective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies & applicable labor laws -regulations and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Logistic Center vacancies and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Handle employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution and disputes
  • Lead in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Insights Analyst

Junior Marketing & Insights Analyst responsibilities include researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. This role uses this information to produce reports that identify areas of growth, customer marketing strategies based on research patterns they've identified through their studies, as well as client acquisition methods such as an inefficient place within a funnel where there could be more conversions happening than before.

 

What you will focus on:

Reporting & Insights: 

  • Segment customers based on revenue and purchase frequency to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Analyze and report on CRM campaign performance (email, push, in-app, SMS) targeted both to B2B and B2C audiences, offering actionable insights for optimization.
  • Assist in reporting on both B2C and B2B ecommerce channels
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager on measuring the effectiveness of the annual customer marketing strategy and report on activation results
