What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)
Representing our premium Online Store project, you will deliver exceptional service to French-speaking customers via inbound lines, email, and live chat.
- Inbound Sales Journeys: Follow a supportive scripted process to help customers identify exactly what they need, helping them choose and purchase luxury devices and tech accessories.
- Service & Problem Solving: Provide vital after-sales support by resolving customer complaints, handling order returns/cancellations, and tracking delayed shipments.
- Cross-Skilling: After your first 30 days, you will be trained to seamlessly manage both sales and service interactions on demand, turning you into a highly versatile customer expert.
