Compensation: $150K - $200K

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you aren’t just "filling roles"—you are the architect of our human capital. We are building at the complex intersection of AI, blockchain, and enterprise infrastructure. Finding the top 1% of talent who can navigate this space requires more than a standard search; it requires deep discovery, technical empathy, and a "product mindset" toward recruiting. You will partner directly with leadership to build a world-class engineering and go-to-market engine from the ground up.
