- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for subsequent follow-up and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better assist customers.
