Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding real estate listings, rental agreements, and property purchases via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide information on properties, neighborhood insights, and market trends to potential buyers and renters.
- Assist clients with scheduling viewings, handling applications, and processing paperwork.
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with real estate agents and management teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay updated on real estate regulations and market changes to provide accurate guidance.
