Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any necessary changes or cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of inquiries.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
