Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to educational services, e-learning platforms, and course information via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Provide guidance and support to students and educators on accessing resources and resolving technical issues.
  • Assist with account management, including registrations, course enrollments, and payment inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to improve service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Stay updated on current educational trends and offerings to provide relevant information.
