We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support and coordinate key stages of the end-to-end employee lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and department managers to support employee development, champion our workplace culture, and handle core day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support HR policies and initiatives aligned with the Group’s goals and strategy.
- Participate in and coordinate recruitment processes to attract top talent and support the company’s Employer Brand.
- Support performance appraisal processes, facilitate onboarding experiences, and coordinate L&D activities.
- Execute initiatives that boost employee engagement, foster inclusion, promote workplace wellbeing, and maintain a positive working environment.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collaborating closely with payroll operations.
- Provide daily guidance and support to employees on HR procedures, policies, and workplace matters.
