We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an international ship management company, a dynamic IT Operations Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Company device administration and support ensuring that systems are designed to specification and monitored effectively.
- Setup, support, monitor and maintain network devices and telephony infrastructure across company sites.
- Monitor, setup, and check backups so there is recovery in case of systems failure.
- Administration and support of all Microsoft technologies included in Microsoft 365 and especially Exchange.
- Intune support for managing company devices remotely.
- Responsible for implementing any Group Policy Objects and Active Directory requirements.
- Assist the Information Security Manager with ISO27001 requirements of IT systems.
- Implementation of security best practices as per management recommendations.
- Carry out any other duty assigned by the IT Operations Lead.
