Vice President of Sales - Enterprise Blockchain Solutions
Location: London, New York City (Hybrid)
Compensation: $200K - $225K
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President of Sales to lead our sales department, drive significant business growth, and expand our market reach for our advanced blockchain solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this critical leadership role is responsible for both sales team management and active engagement in the full selling cycle.
The VP of Sales will own the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet ambitious revenue goals. You will oversee all daily sales operations, ensure alignment with executive strategy, and act as a key liaison with major clients and strategic partners. This role requires a leader who can mentor a high-performing team while personally closing high-level negotiations.
