We're looking for Swedish speakers to join an international airline customer support team in Athens, Greece.
You'll work with flight reservations, ticket changes and passenger support – while learning how customer operations work behind the scenes in the airline industry.
What You'll Do
You'll support passengers, travel agencies and corporate customers with their journeys.
Your daily work will include:
- Helping customers book and manage flights
- Changing existing reservations
- Supporting passengers with cancellations and refunds
- Explaining ticket rules, fares and policies
- Providing travel and flight information
- Supporting travel agencies and corporate partners
- Resolving booking-related customer issues
- Delivering customer service for a major international airline
