About the Role
Our client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing iGaming team in Malta. You'll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.
Working Hours
- Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Hybrid working model
- Up to 40 days per year working fully remotely
