We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to build, lead, and scale our engineering team, driving technical excellence and a high-velocity culture as we rapidly expand our enterprise-grade platform.

This is a critical player-coach role where you will blend technical leadership with hands-on contribution. You will set the technical direction for our stack, scale our infrastructure for enterprise customers, and build a high-performing team. Success requires a constant balance between shipping with urgency to meet customer demands and making sound architectural decisions to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.
