Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with order processing, billing questions, and service-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
