In this role, you will assist customers in Polish with their inquiries related to logistics solutions, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, service offerings, and pricing options.
- Assist customers with order processing, changes, cancellations, and inquiries related to inventory and shipment status.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and service enhancements to better assist customers.
