Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, course offerings, and enrollment processes via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
- Provide guidance on technical issues and assist users in navigating online learning tools.
- Support students and educators with course selection, scheduling, and account management.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with educational teams to relay customer feedback and enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated on new educational products and features to offer informed support.
