Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about e-learning platforms, courses, and educational programs via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide guidance to students on course selection, enrollment processes, and navigating the e-learning platform.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and directing customers to appropriate resources or support.
- Document customer interactions and keep accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with the education and technical support teams to ensure a seamless experience for users.
- Stay updated on new courses, educational content, and technology trends in the e-learning sector.
