Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide detailed information on account features, interest rates, and service fees.
- Assist customers with online banking, wire transfers, and troubleshooting issues with their accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system following compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
