Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Provide support to customers regarding product information, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with order processing and follow up on delivery status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and responsiveness.
- Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
