This remote position is responsible for implementing and managing fundraising events across key regions in Wisconsin, including Chippewa Falls, Madison, and La Crosse. The Manager, Development will play a vital role in supporting community engagement, reaching fundraising goals, and managing events that drive awareness and donor involvement. Working closely with the Director of Development and a collaborative team, this role focuses on building strategic relationships with event participants, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure successful campaign execution.
Accountabilities:
· Manage a fundraising portfolio targeting at least $500,000 annually through signature events
· Oversee recruitment and stewardship of event committees, honorary chairs, and community partners
· Execute sponsorship outreach and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with sponsor agreements
· Collaborate with marketing on communication plans and promotional materials
· Monitor and analyze event performance to optimize fundraising outcomes
