Software Engineer - Founder Accelerator Infrastructure

Location: New York City (Non-Negotiable Onsite/Relocation Required)

Compensation: $180K - $260K

We are the leading accelerator for crypto founders, having backed over 300 startups that are now collectively valued at over $10 billion. We are a small, high-trust, high-performance team of builders (ex-Meta, YC, Coinbase, and founders) backed by S-tier investors. We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our in-house engineering team and own features from requirements definition through production launch.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be a product-minded, hands-on Individual Contributor who owns the delivery of core products end-to-end. This means turning ambiguous problems into high-quality, shipped software that directly accelerates the next generation of top crypto and AI founders.

What you’ll do:

Data Scientist - DeFi Quantitative Research

Location: Remote - US, Canada and would consider candidates based in Puerto Rico

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are a Series B quantitative research and optimization company that leads the field in DeFi economics. We manage market risk, optimize growth, and ensure economic safety for protocols facilitating most spot trading, borrowing, and lending activity across all of DeFi, protecting and optimizing the largest protocols and networks in the industry. We build institutional-grade vaults for decentralized finance and currently manage risk and incentives covering over $42 billion in customer TVL. We are seeking experienced Data Scientists to help new and established protocols better understand and optimize the systems they've built.

In this role, you will work directly with the premier and most innovative DeFi protocols, developing expert-level knowledge of the mechanisms that underpin the industry. This requires a strong ability to perform in-depth quantitative research, manage client engagements end-to-end, and translate complex data insights into clear, actionable value.

Responsibilities:

CTO/Engineering Lead - Solana ZK Computation Framework

Location: Remote - North America/Asia preferred - Not a must though

Compensation: $200K - $225K

We are building the first Solana-native verifiable computation framework designed to accelerate the adoption of ZK technology and enhance Solana's vision for Internet Capital Markets. Our platform allows developers to outsource complex computations off-chain while generating cryptographic proofs that are verified on-chain. We provide a suite of developer tools and a prover network, currently supporting the RISC Zero zkVM. We are seeking a talented CTO/Engineering Lead to build and scale our engineering team.

As the technical leader, you will be critical in helping us shape the future of verifiable computation on Solana, ensuring we develop the most performant, scalable, and decentralized computation network. You will own the technical roadmap, culture, and architecture, driving our mission to add safety, verifiability, and trustlessness to the Solana ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Mobile Engineer - Fintech/Blockchain

Location: Remote - Location: US or EU (remote-first, office optional). Based in EST time zone preferably and as close to France, Paris is always the major preference.

Compensation: $140K - $220K

We are hiring a Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the user-facing side of our secure, next-generation financial platform. This remote-first role is focused entirely on mobile, requiring you to design, build, and refine our iOS and Android applications, craft intuitive cross-platform interfaces, and shape the mobile SDKs that developers rely on. This is a critical opportunity to turn complex financial requirements into simple, trustworthy workflows while owning projects end-to-end.

As the Lead Mobile Engineer, you will set the technical direction for our user-facing mobile experience, balancing fintech-grade UX with bank-grade security and reliability. You will be responsible for bringing complex requirements into production quickly and rigorously.
