  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive support for customers.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and products to provide informed assistance.
